VeterinarianDr. Maxwell was born in Tamaqua, the southern portion of the Poconos Mountains in Pennsylvania. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania as a Veterinary Medical Doctor and practiced medicine in Pittsburgh for nine years before relocating her family to Hampstead.
